What you may rely on
The prices are our current commercial offer for when we open. They may change before then. Statutory facts — thresholds, deadlines, filing fees — are not published here until they are verified. Do not treat a marketing sentence as a citation.
When we take a case
That will be a written engagement, with a scope, a band, a named Case Lead, and the name of the lawyer of record if a lawyer is required. Until you have that document, you do not have us.
The portal
Sign-in exists so that, later, a family can read their own case. If you can sign in today, you are looking at a development system or a fixture. It is not your mother’s estate.
These terms are a draft. Counsel will rewrite them before the first paid case. If they conflict with an engagement letter, the letter wins.
