Privacy
What we have, and what we do with it.
We are not taking cases, so we are not holding estates. The only personal information this site should have is what you type into the notify form: an email address, optionally a name, a role, a state, and a note.
The notify list
We use that address to tell you when a state opens or when First Days is taking families. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not send a drip of tips. If you want off the list, write to the same address you used and say so.
Logs
The host that serves these pages keeps ordinary web logs: time, path, browser, and a truncated address. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not load analytics from a third party on this site.
When we take cases
Estates are a different category of record: death certificates, account numbers, Social Security numbers, wills. That data will have its own notice, written with counsel, before the first paid case. It will not be trained on. It will not be used to market anything else.
This page is the current practice, not a substitute for a counsel- reviewed privacy policy. We will replace it before the first paid case.
